When you use the Platform, we automatically collect:

  • Usage information: Pages viewed, links clicked, search queries, bookings viewed, time spent on pages

  • Deleted accounts: Account data is permanently deleted 90 days after account closure
  • Booking history: Retained for 90 days after stay completion for support, disputes, and tax purposes
  • Payment records: Retained for 7 years to comply with financial regulations
  • Legal/fraud records: Retained as necessary to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes
  • Anonymous analytics: May be retained indefinitely in aggregated, non-identifiable form

Account Deletion

You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us at privacy@stayshift.com or through your account settings. Upon deletion:

  • 1. Your account will be immediately deactivated
  • 2. All personal data will be permanently deleted within 90 days
  • 3. Reviews you've written may remain visible but will be anonymized
