How does payment work?

Guests pay upfront through our secure platform. We hold funds and transfer to your bank account 24-48 hours after check-in (after you verify everything is good). You're protected by our Host Guarantee. For longer stays, payments are processed monthly.

What if something goes wrong?

Our Host Guarantee protects your property with up to $1M in damage coverage. All guests are verified and reviewed. You can cancel penalty-free up to 14 days before check-in. For issues during stays, our 24/7 support team mediates and resolves disputes quickly.

Do I have to accept every booking request?

No! You're in complete control. Review guest profiles, read their reviews, and message them before accepting. Decline any booking that doesn't feel right. We recommend a 90%+ acceptance rate for better visibility, but it's always your choice.
